Job descriptionEngaging with clients to determine technology requirements. Delivering projects within scope, quality, cost, and timeline. Clarifying system specifications and understanding client business practices. Working at client sites and liaising with staff at all levels. Developing and implementing new technologies. Presenting solutions through reports and presentations. Designing, testing, installing, and monitoring systems during projects. Preparing documentation and progress reports post-implementation. Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Office 365, Exchange Online, SQL, and experience with MS Azure / AWS. Knowledge of Azure AD, Intune, Power Apps is a plus. Experience with Server Operating Systems, Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy. Familiarity with Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware), Network hardware, Storage solutions, Mobile Device Management, Security products, Backup, and DR technologies. Salary up to £45,000, with reviews, career progression, and training opportunities. On-Call Allowance, Pension, Holiday, Training. Job Details
- Work schedule : Monday to Thursday, 8am to 8pm, rotating between days and nights, with Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off.
- Role involves support in Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and Networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP / IP).
- Requires good communication skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to provide strategic guidance on IT infrastructure.
