GH Engage are currently seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services provider to deliver plumbing, mechanical, and electrical maintenance to a prestigious site in London.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will support the engineering team in delivering plumbing and mechanical maintenance to a commercial building.

Duties As Maintenance Engineer

• Carry out PPMs and Reactive Maintenance duties.
• Plumbing maintenance; Small plumbing jobs (toilets / urinals), landlord plant and equipment, including water treatment systems, cooling towers, domestic systems, taps, water heaters, drainage systems, and HVAC plant.
• Some Mechanical & Electrical Duties : Lighting - lamp changes, ballast changes, simmtronic / Phillips lighting, Emergency light testing, Fire alarm and sprinkler testing.
• Building Fabric maintenance including but not limited to :
• Door fixtures and fittings.
• Painting & decorating.
