The Role

We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Positive Behaviour Support

Practitioner to join our growing team. In this role, you will :

Conduct descriptive functional assessments and develop behaviour support plans.
Work alongside individuals, families, and staff to implement effective PBS

interventions.

Mentor and coach support teams to deliver proactive, consistent care.

Analyse behavioural data to evaluate progress and improve outcomes.

Help reduce restrictive practices in line with Restraint Reduction Network (RRN)

principles.

Collaborate with multi-disciplinary professionals including psychologists, therapists,

and social workers.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who :

Has experience in PBS, psychology, education, or health & social care.

Is passionate about improving lives and reducing behaviours of concern.

Has excellent communication and team-working skills.

Is comfortable working independently and collaboratively.

Understands and promotes values such as dignity, respect, and compassion.

Driving and own vehicle essential

Qualified to a level 3 or above.

Experience in delivering PROACT-SCIPr-UK training or holding a valid PROACT-SCIPr-UK instructor qualification.
