We are seeking experienced NOC Engineers to join our team based in Erskine. This is a site-based role requiring UK Security Clearance or eligibility for clearance.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd line network engineering support, including :
• Supporting DXC’s test and verification lab environments in Erskine
• Network implementation, testing, and verification of Node builds
• Configuring networking equipment
• Staging of equipment
• Physical patching
• Testing for BAU-driven changes and preparing test reports
• Managing network configuration and design documentation
• Updating documentation in DXC and customer systems
• Following Project Enhancement Release (PER) processes
• Validating configurations applied by third parties against approved configurations
• Supporting incident escalation via service management tools (SM9)
• Providing reactive support for high-priority requests
• Participating in meetings as required
