Farnsworth Group is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer in one of the following locations : Austin or Frisco, TX; Greenwood Village, CO (Denver Tech Center); or Phoenix, AZ. This role offers an opportunity to join an experienced structural engineering group with growth potential and a unique chance to contribute to expanding service markets in the western US, primarily in CO, TX, AZ, and surrounding states. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, client-focused, proficient in technical design and construction services, and understands the importance of providing professional services at all times.

Job Activities :

  • Perform structural design calculations
  • Develop construction documents and provide construction administration services
  • Perform site visits, attend client meetings, and coordinate with project teams

Specific Requirements include :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering, with emphasis on structures
  • 8+ years of structural engineering experience
  • Structural Engineer (SE) licensure preferred
  • Experience with design and construction of semiconductor / clean room and / or industrial structures is a plus
  • Experience with materials like steel, concrete, masonry, or wood
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong team player capable of managing multiple projects
  • Revit proficiency preferred
