Role Description

This is a full-time mobile role for a Maintenance Facilities Engineer at Newhaze Building Services Ltd. The Facilities Engineer will be responsible for facilities engineering, operations, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our clients building systems and equipment.

Job Role

The Delivery of pre-planned and reactive maintenance tasks adhering to health and safety standards and best working practices
Taking Water Samples for Analysis
Fire alarm weekly testing
Small plumbing works

Our Requirements

FGas Qualified

Facilities Engineering, Facilities Operations, and Facility Management (FM) skills

Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance abilities

Experience in building maintenance and operations

Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Reliability & Punctual

Clean Full Driving Licence

Minimum 2 years practical experience

Sound level of administration and organisational skills

Ability to work overtime as required
