A high-growth ClimateTech SaaS start-up is looking for a commercially minded, ambitious Account Executive to become their first dedicated sales hire. With a flood of inbound interest, this is an opportunity to take ownership of the sales process and help scale a platform that's accelerating the UK’s transition to clean energy.

The Role
Manage the full sales cycle from prospect to close, converting a high volume of qualified inbound leads across SMB and mid-marketBuild and refine sales processes from the ground up, identifying and implementing the tools and systems that will supercharge performanceSupport large strategic deals alongside the founder and leadership teamPlay a crucial part in their success as they continue to grow and scale across the UK!About You
3+ years sales experience for a fast-paced SaaS start-up, with a minimum of 1 years closingDegree educated, 2 : 1 and above ideally from a Top 20 UniversityProven self-starter with a track record of smashing sales targetsA genuine interest in sustainability and technology is a strong plusThe Package
Up to £70k base + double OTE (uncapped)Equity!HYBRID - minimum 2 days p / w in their Central London office locationOption to work remotely abroad for up to 30 days per year
