33,000 starting salary – oppurtunity to rise to £42000 after training - (Full Training Programme Provided)

4 on 4 off shift pattern (days & nights)

We're looking for a Production Technician to join our team in Telford . In this role, you will :

• Spot and resolve machinery faults to prevent downtime.
• Run the production line to standard operating procedures, including start-ups and changeovers.
• Ensure full compliance with Food Safety, Quality, and Health & Safety standards.
• Lead and train machine operators to drive performance.
• Work with development teams to refine processes and improve productivity.
• Take ownership of the production line's performance, ensuring efficiency and control.
