- Answering the phone taking messages
- Replying and sorting emails
- Filing
- Completing stationery orders
- Office house keeping
- Processing suppliers’ invoices
- Managing company fleet paperwork. Booking in MOT, servicing etc. Schedule :
- 4-8 hours over one / two days per week
- Working hours 10am-2pm
- 12.50 -£13.50 per hour based on experience Any Other Information
