Job descriptionWeek1 : Mon-Fri 6am-2pm Week2 : Mon Fri 2pm-10pm An experienced manager or team leader within a fast paced warehouse, pick / pack or distribution environment. Good English and literacy required Excellent communication skills across all stakeholders in the business As a team member, you will bring your energy, positivity and enthusiasm to the team. As a team leader, your will demonstrate strong leadership, set an example at all times and motivate the team. Leading and supporting a team of Warehouse team members to ensure that KPIs are met regards productivity, time, cost and quality of work ensuring that Health and Safety is always a priority. You will ensure the smooth running of the operation driving yourself and your team members to succeed. Focus on your own growth and development within the role and the organisation. Responsible for ensuring team members receive daily business communications and keeping the team motivated by delivering the company staff engagement plans.
