The Account Handler role :

In this position, you will play a pivotal part in delivering an exceptional service to an extensive list of existing SME book of business. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio, handle queries, renewals, and all related processes to ensure that clients’ needs are met effectively and efficiently.

What we're looking for :

• Proven experience in an Account Handler role, dealing with high value clients.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Understanding both paper and electronic Insurance files
• An organised individual able to prioritise workload and manage time effectively.

This role is open to Full and Part Time hours.
