Job Description : Senior UX / UI Designer

We are seeking a skilled senior UX / UI Designer with strong research expertise to join a SaaS product team in the Health Tech space. As a Senior UX / UI Designer, you will drive human-centered design to enhance the usability, functionality, and visual appeal of our primary system / platform. By combining research insights and contributing to an innovative design system, you will help create intuitive and scalable experiences for our customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional software engineering squads to shape the future of the SaaS platform.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Education : Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience : Proven experience in UX / UI design and user research for SaaS or similar software platforms, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Tools : Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for prototyping and design.
• Research Methodologies : Experience with user research tools like UserTesting or Lookback.
• Design Challenges : Familiarity with SaaS-specific design challenges, such as multi-tenant systems, user onboarding, and account management.
• Standards and Principles : Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and responsive design principles.
• Collaboration : Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional SaaS teams in an Agile environment.

Additional Details

My client is interviewing immediately via MSTeams. The package includes a salary of £80-90k, remote working (UK only), 25 days holiday, 6% matched pension, company bonus, flexible working, and more.
