Job Description & Responsibilities
We offer full-time and part-time roles with flexibility to suit you. As a Community Carer, you will provide essential support to individuals in their own homes, helping them live independently, stay connected to their community, and enjoy a better quality of life.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Assisting with daily living tasks to help maintain dignity and independence
- Providing personal care , including washing, dressing, and toileting, with sensitivity and respect
- Preparing meals and supporting with medication , ensuring clients’ health and well-being
- Accompanying clients to appointments, shops, and social outings to keep them active and engaged
- Offering companionship and emotional support , making a positive difference every day
