Job Description & Responsibilities

We offer full-time and part-time roles with flexibility to suit you. As a Community Carer, you will provide essential support to individuals in their own homes, helping them live independently, stay connected to their community, and enjoy a better quality of life.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Assisting with daily living tasks to help maintain dignity and independence
  • Providing personal care , including washing, dressing, and toileting, with sensitivity and respect
  • Preparing meals and supporting with medication , ensuring clients’ health and well-being
  • Accompanying clients to appointments, shops, and social outings to keep them active and engaged
  • Offering companionship and emotional support , making a positive difference every day

What We Offer

  • Starting pay : £12.82 - £13.03 per hour
  • Plus : Holiday pay, sick pay, pension contributions, and mileage at 30p per mile

  • Requirements

  • Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential —we provide full training for the right candidates who are compassionate, reliable, and eager to learn.
  • You must be a driver with a valid driving licence, ideally with access to a car, though pool cars are available
  • Be able to work every other weekend
  • Friendly, trustworthy and caring nature
