This independent investment bank has built a strong reputation for M&A and strategic advisory in the industrials sector . With a high-touch, client-centric approach, they offer a more bespoke experience than the bulge bracket banks, while still delivering complex, high-value deals .

The Role

As a Vice President , you will be a key player in origination and execution , working closely with Managing Directors and clients. Your responsibilities will include :

Leading M&A deal execution , including financial analysis, due diligence, and negotiations

Managing junior teams , ensuring high-quality analysis and client materials

Building and maintaining strong client relationships with mid-market industrials businesses, PE firms, and institutional investors

Supporting business development efforts , including market analysis, pitch preparation, and deal sourcing

What We're Looking For

5-8 years of investment banking experience, ideally in M&A within the industrials sector

Strong financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution skills

A commercial mindset , with the ability to spot and develop new opportunities

Entrepreneurial spirit —excited to contribute to a growing, high-performing team
