Vice President - Investment Banking - Energy

Pearse Partners are currently partnered with a leading elite boutique investment bank to hire a Vice President into their high-performing Energy team. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic platform with strong deal flow and highly regarded senior leadership, offering exposure to landmark transactions across Energy and Power, Utilities & Infrastructure (PUI).

Key Responsibilities

Lead the execution of M&A transactions across the Energy / PUI space

Oversee the development of marketing materials, financial models, and key transaction documents

Manage due diligence processes and coordination with external advisors and stakeholders

Mentor and develop Analysts and Associates within the team

Key Requirements

6+ years of experience within an investment banking environment

Proven track record leading on the execution and negotiation of complex M&A transactions

Strong financial modelling and valuation capabilities

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Sector experience in Energy, Infrastructure, or adjacent verticals
