Your Role as CDP

As a Chef de Partie, you’ll be at the heart of our kitchen, ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation across various stations. Your responsibilities include :

  • Preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standards.
  • Assisting in menu planning and introducing innovative ideas.
  • Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety standards.
  • Mentoring junior kitchen staff and fostering teamwork.
  • Collaborating with our Head Chef and Sous Chefs to maintain excellence.

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a buffet or multi-cuisine restaurant.
  • A genuine passion for food and a flair for international cuisines.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
