As part of a wider commitment to develop Advanced Nursing Practice within the medicine and associated specialties directorate at St John’s hospital we have several vacancies within :

Emergency Medical Assessment (EMA) unit X2

Gastrointestinal speciality X1

Frailty team X2

Candidates should hold a post graduate diploma in Advanced clinical practice (or equivalent). However, where applicants can demonstrate relevant experience and a commitment to undertake further training towards the required qualification, candidates will be considered with using Annex 21 applied to the role.

This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership / record. If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (i.e. child and / or adult) then an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post.
