Senior Community Support Worker

We are very excited to be able to offer a part-time senior support worker post within the Cirencester Recovery Team. The post would be based at Cirencester Memorial Centre and also Weaver Croft which is in Stroud.
The post would mainly involve active participation and responsibility in working within the well-established South Clozapine clinic which serves patients prescribed this medication who live in the South locality and lead responsibility for a defined caseload of Recovery patients with suitable risk and complexity, mainly who access the clinic. Though mainly clinic based, due to the nature of community working the post does require vehicle access and ability to drive.
The Cirencester Recovery Team is a friendly, welcoming and dynamic team providing secondary care services to adults of working age, their families and significant others, to provide the best possible outcomes for people with complex mental health needs. The aim of the team is to work in line with the principles of Recovery and Social Inclusion. We strive to ensure that locality services represent excellent quality, (safe and a positive experience) and good value, (efficient and effective).
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who has experience of working with adults of Working Age and supporting individuals with Enduring Mental Health problems.
