Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Administrator to work for a great company based in Shrewsbury due to a recent promotion!
Duties include :
- Dealing with telephone calls and emails
- Corresponding with conveyancing solicitors
- Responding to pre-contract and re-mortgage enquiries
- Providing up to date Debtor History Reports to solicitors
- General admin tasks including, Photocopying, Scanning and Filing
- Undertaking Land Registry searches
Personal requirements :
Excellent communication skillsGood literacy and numeracy skills (minimum of GSCE grade c or equivalent)Computer literate - use of word, excel and outlook essentialConfident with taking and making callsProven administrative experienceHours : Monday to Friday 0900-1730
Salary : £24,400 rising to £25,500 after successfully passing probation period (6 months plus)
