Activity Manager - Shrewsbury, Shropshire
JCA Condover Hall is a vibrant, friendly activity centre, offering a residential experience for over 30,000 guests per year. With a bed capacity over 600, our main guests are primary and secondary schools, but we also welcome groups and families from all walks of life throughout our season between February and November.
We have an opportunity for an experienced Activity Manager to join our operation at Condover Hall. This role will have responsibility for the delivery of high quality, safe and enjoyable outdoor activities by our Activity Department for our guests. A primary focus is providing a positive customer experience, and ensuring our operation is delivered consistently and competently to an excellent standard.

Line manage Deputy Activity Managers, Activity Administrator, Equipment Safety Supervisor, and oversee Instructors and ApprenticesRecruit, train, and induct seasonal staff; manage ongoing training and developmentHandle staff performance, welfare, and residential standards in line with HR policiesOperations & Compliance :
Maintain high health & safety standards, including records and risk assessmentsSupport adherence to BAPA, LotC, and Adventuremark standardsUphold safeguarding and equal opportunity policiesActivity Delivery & Quality :
