Salary : £60,000 - £70,000 + package

Due to our continuous growth and expanding projects across the West Midlands we are seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in the management of commercial aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and to the highest standards.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for upcoming projects.
• Conduct regular cost analysis and risk assessments to identify potential issues and opportunities for cost savings.
• Collaborate with project teams to monitor progress and resolve any commercial disputes.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain positive relationships and ensure project requirements are met.
• Manage your own diary and work with flexibility to accommodate project needs and deadlines.
