Civils Engineer / Gang

This is your chance to join our civils team for a rapidly expanding Fibre Networking company with big growth ambitions. Our company was recognised in the UK Fibre Awards 2024 as the best vendor / supplier 2024 and following on from our successful bids, we are looking to fill a range of roles in Staffordshire and the surrounding areas.

It’s a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and experienced civils gangs to join our growing teams. You will be working alongside our fibre engineers and cabling teams, which are supported by our in-house traffic management operatives.

Experience is essential and however we have lots of progression opportunities available.

Job Details :

• You’ll be challenged with rewarding assignments including excavations, repairs and maintenance, including both hot and cold lay reinstatement on public highways and on private land.
• You will be required to install ducting, chambers, frame and cover replacements
• Supporting our fibre engineers and cabling teams
• You will be working outside in all weathers so can't be too afraid of getting a little wet, if you are interested in joining the growing team we just ask that you are a team player, dynamic, able to manage your own workload, and willing to learn!
• A driving license is essential due to the nature of this role.
• Flexibility to work overtime, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
• Overtime is paid at an additional rate
