Job description

POSITION SUMMARY

The Account Manager builds effective relationships with entry- to mid-level client contacts. This role ensures the efficient coordination of projects from estimation to completion, and partners with the broader project team to ensure deliverables are completed on time and on budget. The Account Manager utilises an understanding of the Company's and the client's industry, business, and products to identify opportunities to sell additional solutions to meet existing client needs.

  • Identify the type of tools and solutions needed for each project, both internal and external.
  • Identify content needed for final deliverables (e.g. video, design, text, etc.) and sources for content.
  • Ensure the creation of campaigns, leveraging resources appropriately.
  • Utilise data-driven tools and systems for any required testing.
  • Develop and manage client roadmaps.
  • Interact and communicate effectively with client team(s).
  • Present client recommendations, insights and deliverables effectively.
  • Assist with pitches, as appropriate.
  • Maintain ongoing knowledge of the industry, especially in terms of social media, market trends and work with team members to ensure proper scoping of client work, including articulation of final deliverables

  • High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
  • Strong analytical, prioritising, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).
  • Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organisation, as well as, internal and external clients.
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management.
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
