Managers play a key role at Stax, working on high-impact, short-term engagements (4–12 weeks) with our private equity, PE-backed companies, hedge funds, and investment banking clients across industries including software / technology, healthcare, business services, consumer, industrials, and the events ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Managers at Stax lead teams, develop and motivate colleagues, and support firm growth initiatives. You will scope projects, frame issues, write proposals, onboard teams, and manage daily engagement operations. You will facilitate analyses, quality control, and develop insights with the team, including directors. You’ll present findings and conclusions to clients, with high visibility and impact.

This role offers exposure to diverse industries and direct interaction with client management. You’ll own projects while working closely with senior leadership, with opportunities to develop client relationships and grow professionally.

Compensation includes a competitive salary and incentive program. Travel is minimal (around 10%).
