Invoicing Administrator

Job Type - Permanent - Full Time

Working Hours - Monday to Friday, 9 : 00am to 5 : 30pm

Salary - Up to £26,000 per year dependent on experience

We are currently recruiting for an Invoicing Administrator to join a well-established growing business based in Stoke on Trent. You will be directly employed working within the Finance department and reporting to the Credit Control Manager.

Full Job Description

• Delivery of customer invoicing together with appropriate supporting information on an accurate and timely basis to our UK and International clients through various client systems and processes
• Identify and report missing customer POs to the business on a regular basis
• Take initiative to resolve any circumstances that are holding up the invoicing process and liaise / co-ordinate with other departments to achieve a positive resolution for the business
• You will have responsibility for bank receipt allocations / credit notes & sale ledger reconciliation
• Ensure that work not yet invoiced is kept to a minimum in order to optimise cash flow
• Meet deadlines as set and agreed with the Team Manager.
