Responsibilities

Role Profile

To support our sales & leasing, provide best in class customer service and administrative support to the aparto team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Manage all general student-related queries and correspondence.
  • Provide weekly performance updates to the management team.
  • Keep the Marketing Suite updated and ready for site tours.
  • Make appointments and assist with viewings of the Marketing Suite.
  • Participate in face-to-face marketing activities such as student fairs and experience programmes.
  • Inspect flats, rooms, and kitchens during turnaround periods.
  • Assist with summer turnaround activities, including resident check-outs and check-ins.
  • Prepare documentation and welcome packs for new residents.
  • Represent as Ambassadors for Front-Of-House.
  • Manage, improve, and update office information systems.
