About the Role :

Wing is looking for a highly organized and self-motivated Administrative Business Partner, Manager to manage and mentor our high-performing Administrative Business Partner (ABP) Team and support our VP of Government Affairs & Public Policy.

You’ll be at the heart of our business and activities, and will foster operational efficiency, ruthless prioritization, connection, and effective communication.This position requires exceptional attention-to-detail, strong judgment, resourcefulness, proactivity, and the ability to thrive while working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, where priorities are constantly shifting and evolving. In addition to being solution-oriented, you have great coaching, problem-solving, and communication skills - all needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions, both internally and externally.

This role reports directly into Wing’s Sr. EBP, is a hybrid (i.e., approximately 2-3 days a week onsite, as business needs dictate), and is based in Washington, DC .

What You’ll Do :

  • Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks for Wing’s VP of Gov’t Affairs & Public Policy in a timely manner while maintaining careful attention to detail, including proactive calendar management, travel arrangements, preparing and tracking expense reports, and meeting organizational deadlines
  • Manage, develop, mentor, and advocate for the Wing Administrative Business Partner (ABP) Team
  • Support the executives and ABPs at Wing to enhance overall operational efficiency
  • Serve as a lead for and manager of medium to large scale projects, as assigned by your Manager
  • Coordinate executive and team meetings, ensuring materials, agenda, attendees and room / equipment are prepared. Follow through with note taking, tracking action items, and sending summaries
  • Plan, manage and execute company-wide events and executive team offsites across multiple regions globally, with some travel required
  • Model efficient and effective responses in daily operations and tasks, identifying areas to improve or introduce new operational strategies where needed
  • Coordinate between multiple offices, time zones and remote teams, across the US, UK, AU and other regions
  • Support the on-boarding experience and process for new executives reporting to your Exec and new ABPs joining Wing
  • Improve existing administrative processes and best practices, and create documentation as necessary
  • Manage internal and external communications with urgency and sensitivity with all stakeholders

What You’ll Need :

  • 8+ years of administrative experience at a quickly-scaling company with operations across multiple time zones
  • 2+ years of people management, or equivalent experience
  • Understanding and experience related to administrative assistant allocations (i.e., administrative bandwidth, capacity, experience, and career goals, as well as executive and business complexity drivers and needs)
  • Experience directly supporting VP- level executives
  • Strong ability to handle sensitive information and situations with care and confidence
  • Ability to thrive in an environment that is rapidly changing and navigate ambiguity with minimal guidance across a highly cross-functional organization
  • Ability to multitask and reprioritize tasks to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities
  • Experience serving as a project lead from conception to completion
  • Optimizing & streamlining processes to support the evolution of the business
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies (i.e. Google Suite tools)
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a wide range of people and job functions
  • The US base salary for this full-time position is the salary below + bonus + equity + benefits. Your recruiter will share more about the specific salary details during the hiring process.

    132,000 - $153,000 USD
