Job description

We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate educator to join our school as Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion . This one-year maternity cover role is perfect for a dedicated leader who is committed to promoting inclusive education and making a real difference in the lives of children.

About the Role :

As Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion, you will :

  • Lead the development and implementation of the school’s inclusion strategy.
  • Provide strategic leadership for SEND, EAL, and disadvantaged pupils.
  • Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to monitor and evaluate inclusion strategies.
  • Drive professional development for staff, ensuring they are equipped to meet the diverse needs of all pupils.

  • Strong leadership skills and proven experience in supporting SEND, EAL, and disadvantaged students.
