Senior Credit Analyst - Commercial Real Estate

Core Responsibilities :

• Develop and improve monitoring infrastructure for Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB) exposures, including commercial real estate metrics, to support internal risk forums and committees.
• Manage the end-to-end credit process independently, including :
• Assessing the viability of credit proposals and providing constructive challenge where necessary;
• Participating in client meetings, analyst briefings, and banker presentations in support of the Relationship Manager;
• Ensuring the quality and completeness of credit application submissions.
• Input financial data into relevant credit systems (e.g., Moody’s).
• Prepare credit reviews independently.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to draft new credit applications.
• Prepare call reports where required, in line with expectations set by the Head of Corporate and Institutional Banking.
• Liaise and provide feedback to all stakeholders involved in the credit process, including :
• Legal teams;
• External legal counsel (if needed);
• Agents or third-party service providers (if applicable).
