We are currently recruiting for an experienced and compassionate Clinical Deputy Manager to join a reputable care home service in Hertfordshire . This is a full-time, permanent position offering £57,000 per annum and excellent opportunities for professional growth in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred nursing care
• Support the Registered Manager in day-to-day clinical operations
• Supervise and mentor nursing and care staff across the service
• Conduct and monitor clinical audits , care plans, and risk assessments
• Maintain compliance with CQC regulations , safeguarding policies, and clinical standards
• Foster a nurturing, respectful, and dignified environment for all residents
