You'll lead a supportive nursing team, oversee chronic disease management, drive clinical quality, and help shape primary care services. You'll Need : NMC registration & primary care experience Skills in chronic disease, immunisations, wound care, cervical screening Leadership or team supervision experience QOF / IIF knowledge and clinical system confidence (SystmOne a plus)Desirable : Independent prescribing, audits / QI, postgraduate trainingWhy Apply?
