Role Overview : The Retail & Wholesale Director – UK & Ireland (Luxury Fragrance) will oversee retail stores and wholesale accounts across the region, ensuring that brand performance is optimized.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee retail stores and wholesale accounts in the UK and Ireland.
  • Drive brand performance and optimize product and assortment strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients and candidates to align needs.
  • Conduct executive and senior management appointments.

Minimum Requirements :

  • Experience in luxury retail or wholesale management.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
  • Proven track record in brand merchandising and strategy.
