Sous Chef - Cebtral London

Salary : £15.80 per hour

Hours : Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our team in Canary Wharf. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled chef who enjoys working in a professional, fast-paced environment and is seeking a role that offers work-life balance with weekends off.

About the role :

As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation and service are consistently maintained. You will help to lead and motivate the team, contributing to a positive and productive working environment.

About you :

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a busy kitchen
  • Passionate about food and delivering great service
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and maintain attention to detail
