Job description

Prospero Teaching is looking for Tutors in Halifax (HX4) to provide 1 : 1 tuitions to students struggling with learning or without school placements.

The tuitions range from minimum of 2 hours per week up to 10 hours. We are looking at starting immediately with the tuition.

The students are typically within KS3-KS4 but need support with basic Maths & English.

Tutors must :

Possess UK classroom / mainstream teaching experience or hold a QTS or equivalent.

Be creative, patient and willing to think outside of the box.

Hold the right to work in the UK.

Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.

Provide minimum of two professional references to cover the past 2 years of complete the history (2022 to 2024)
