Responsibilities :
- Contract Site Reliability Engineer (1-2 year contract, Hybrid - London, UK)
- Schedule and monitor real-time trading systems using DevOps methodologies
- Monitor open and close of markets related to the system
- Reduce the number of trading hiccups
- Monitor and escalate real-time system alerts
- Handle triage for the trade system
- Diagnose and resolve system issues
- Provide updates to the options desk team
- Coordinate resolution calls with Vendors and Traders
- Escalate production issues
- Follow and resolve regulatory testing for the trading environment
- Deliver and maintain high-quality information
