Responsibilities
Provide proactive maintenance support across designated sites to minimize downtimePromote a culture of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental responsibilityConduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and support long-term improvementsMaintain critical spare parts and update work on the CMMS systemComplete PPM tasks and follow up on remedial workCollaborate with the team on plant maintenance and condition monitoringShare learnings and attend training to ensure complianceCandidate Profile
Driving license required; van provided for site travelMinimum NVQ Level 3 in a mechanical apprenticeship or equivalentExtensive experience in heavy engineering and mobile plant maintenance, including earth-moving equipmentSkilled in fault-finding and repairing excavators, shovels, forklifts, and cranesStrong background in mobile plant fitting; hydraulic systems expertise preferredElectrical diagnostics skills desirableUnderstanding of plant operation, maintenance practices, and electrical safetyIOSH Managing Safely or equivalent H&S qualification preferredAbility to work independently and travel between sites; own tools highly desirableAbout Us
