Location : Spilsby

Salary : 12.81 per hour

Hours : Monday to Friday 08 : 00 16 : 00

Contract Type : Temp to perm

Overview :

Were currently seeking an Assembly Operative to join our client in Spilsby with a focus on assembly operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals with a solid work ethic and a background in manufacturing or production environments.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform mechanical assembly tasks in line with work instructions and technical drawings
  • Use hand tools and power tools to assemble components
  • Follow assembly drawings accurately
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained at all stages of assembly
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Desirable Experience :

  • Previous experience in an assembly or manufacturing role
  • Familiarity with extrusion processes or working with extruders (advantageous but not essential)
  • Ability to interpret technical assembly drawings
  • Confident using basic hand and power tools
