The Role : As a Live Chat Agent, you’ll be at the forefront of customer interactions, delivering fast, efficient, and friendly service via live chat. You will :

  • Handle real-time customer queries with professionalism and care
  • Offer tailored advice and support on insurance policies and services
  • Collaborate with your team to continuously enhance the customer experience
  • Keep accurate records of all interactions and outcomes
  • Stay up to date on products, services, and insurance trends
