Team / Role Overview

Citi's Investor and Issuer Services businesses support the full securities lifecycle including issuance, custody, funds servicing, lending and collateral services. Citi provides services to global blue chip financial intermediaries and investors in over 100 markets and is the leading proprietary network bank with our Services business occupying a number one market position.

What you'll do

The Product Director will be responsible for driving digital asset strategy and product delivery reporting directly to the Head of Digital Assets and working closely with the Product, Operations, Technology and Risk partners across the organisation. Responsibilities include development of strategy, product development & management, legal & risk analysis, supporting operations and technology requirements, leading initiatives through internal governance and approval processes, developing commercial models and supporting the sales and onboarding processes. The candidate will also engage with external industry initiatives, regulators, clients and develop thought leadership.

• Lead initiatives to develop new digital asset capabilities in line with business strategy.
• Responsible for successful product implementation driving engagement with partners such as business heads, product management, operations, technology, risk, legal, compliance and client management.
• Work with the Head of Digital Assets to develop the digital asset strategy, planning and commercial models.
• Responsibility for the delivery of the digital asset product workstreams including :

business requirements for technology development, including a clear definition of success criteria
