About the Role
As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting business unit leaders with timely, data-driven insights that enhance decision-making and performance. You’ll lead budgeting and forecasting processes, conduct in-depth financial analysis, and help shape the financial strategy of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate budgeting and forecasting across departments (Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Production)
- Provide detailed analysis on pricing, volumes, fixed costs, and production costs
- Support month-end and year-end closings, focusing on fixed and personnel costs
- Track and validate monthly expenses and sales data
- Prepare bonus accrual analysis in collaboration with Credit Control
- Analyse pricing trends, margin evolution, and cost structures
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Anticipate financial trends impacting margins and the P&L
- Actively participate in cross-functional meetings, offering insights and constructive challenge
- Share tools, training, and best practices across teams
What We’re Looking For
