Description

Leading and managing private client workstreams, ensuring excellent service delivery

Building and maintaining strong client relationships to grow the practice

Mentoring and developing junior team members to build a high-performing team

Contributing to strategic business development and firm leadership

Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and firm standards

Profile

A solicitor or equivalent with substantial private client experience and leadership skills

Experienced in managing complex client matters including estate planning, wills, trusts, and succession

Proven in business development and client relationship management

Skilled in mentoring and team leadership

Committed to high standards of professional service and compliance
