As a Mortgage Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the processing and management of mortgage applications that will ensure the efficient and accurate administration of mortgage cases from initial application through to completion, providing excellent customer service to clients and maintaining strong relationships with lender, advisors and customers. Mortgage Administrator Key Responsibilities :

• Accurately input and process new mortgage applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory standards.
• Client Communication
• Documentation Management : Review and verify all documentation related to mortgage applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Compliance : Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies, ensuring compliance in all aspects of the mortgage process.
• Customer Service, offering exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Mortgage Administrator Requirements :
• Experience : Previous experience in mortgage administration OR Financial Services
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
