As Product Manager, youll play a key role in supporting the companys short and long-term growth strategy. Youll manage a variety of products

with a key focus on ambient salads

ensuring exceptional quality, strong supplier relationships, and seamless operations from sourcing through to customer delivery. Key Responsibilities : Oversee product quality, legality, and safety across third-party sites. Collaborate closely with commercial, technical, and procurement teams. Drive product utilisation strategies and reduce wastage. Support continuous improvement processes and performance KPIs. Provide cover for the Senior Product Manager when required. Liaise with growers, packers, and suppliers to maintain top standards. Support sustainability and ethical sourcing goals in every aspect of the role. About You : Previous experience in product or quality management within fresh produce. Strong understanding of the UK food supply chain and third-party logistics. Excellent communication and decision-making skills. Organised, proactive, and passionate about sustainability and ethical sourcing.
