Job Title : Business Development Manager – SaaS

Location : Sittingbourne – Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote, UK travel required)

About the Role :

We’re partnering with a fast-growing SaaS provider in the fleet and logistics space to find a driven Business Development Manager . This is a high-impact role focused on identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities across key verticals.

Key Responsibilities :

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in fleet, logistics, and rental sectors
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Deliver tailored product demos and proposals to prospective clients
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on go-to-market efforts
Maintain accurate pipeline data and performance tracking via CRM
Provide market insights and feedback to inform commercial strategy

What We're Looking For :

Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in tech or logistics

Strong hunter mentality with a track record of closing new business

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Commercially minded with a strategic approach to sales

Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
