Role Overview

The Engineering Delivery Manager will oversee a multidisciplinary team working on sonar equipment, managing project delivery including cost, schedule, and customer requirements. Responsibilities include providing engineering leadership, ensuring compliance with standards, and managing engineering strategy and staff.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive systems engineering experience, preferably in defence.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of Safety and Safety Assurance in engineering.

Applicants must be eligible for UK SC Level Security Clearance and be UK nationals.
