Whether you’re experienced in children’s residential care or have transferable skills from another sector, we’d love to hear from you.We are recruiting Residential Support Workers for a well-established 3-bed children’s home in LE7, Leicestershire, supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is the first home of a growing, child-focused company that offers genuine opportunities for training, development, and progression.You’ll work on a 1 on / 2 off shift pattern (40 hours per week), providing consistent, high-quality care to help young people feel safe, supported, and heard.What’s on Offer :
