We are expanding and seeking an eCommerce Account Health & Compliance Specialist to join our European team in London, supporting business scaling by safeguarding our brands on Amazon and other marketplaces.

Responsibilities :

• Address account health and listing issues promptly, collaborating with the brand management team to ensure compliance across all brands and markets.
• Conduct and own listing compliance reviews across various categories (supplements, food, cosmetics, etc.).
• Monitor and report potential risks and non-compliance with local regulations and marketplace policies in Europe.
• Assess risk profiles for brands and markets, proactively addressing issues.
• Create and implement internal compliance policies and procedures.
• Support investigations, appeals, POAs, and escalations alongside the Head of the function.
• Maintain independence in mindset, effectively alerting and challenging where necessary to ensure robust compliance.
