Remote Sales Manager – Wealth Advisory (Progression to Sales Director)

We're working exclusively with a leading international wealth management firm to appoint a dynamic Sales Manager who will oversee a remote team of financial advisers servicing globally mobile and UK-based clients. This is a fully remote, UK-based role with a clear pathway to Sales Director within 12–24 months.

You will begin by managing a team of approximately 15 offshore advisers based in Spain, Switzerland, and Malta , with a view to expanding coverage into the onshore UK advisory market . A strong understanding of MiFID II regulatory frameworks , along with an existing network of advisers across Europe and the UK , will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of regulated advisers (initially offshore)
• Drive KPIs : revenue growth, AUM expansion, and client onboarding
• Optimise sales process, CRM usage, and lead conversion
• Support multi-jurisdictional compliance and onboarding standards
• Take part in commercial planning and international growth strategy
• Play an active role in expanding the adviser team across Europe and the UK
