• Plan and assess student progress, providing feedback to help them grow.
• Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Contribute to the overall development of the schools culture and ethos.
• Support students social, emotional, and behavioural development.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure the highest quality of education.
