Job description

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in retail? Quest Employment is seeking a dedicated Retail Assistant to join a bustling family-run business in Banbury. If you're personable, reliable, and thrive in a customer-facing role, this position is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases.
  • Maintaining a tidy and welcoming store environment.
  • Handling transactions efficiently and accurately.

Requirements :

  • Previous retail experience essential
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable with heavy lifting

    • Working Hours :

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 9AM-4PM

    • Pay rate £12.21 / h
